We urge you to read the terms and conditions in their entirety before further use of the website. The terms and conditions can be updated or changed, therefore read them before each new order.

General

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") apply to orders on marengosweden.com and related pages (the "Webshop" or the "Website"). Agreement is entered into between the consumer ("You") and Marengo Sweden AB ("Marengo" or "We"). A binding contract is entered into when your order is confirmed by us and an order confirmation has been sent from Marengo to your specified e-mail address.

To make an order in our webshop, you must be at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to cancel or change your order in individual cases (for example, if you have provided incorrect information).

Marengo reserves the right for any image or typographical errors on the website. It includes incorrect prices, errors in product descriptions or technical specification, and incorrect inventory balances. Such errors may be corrected and updated at any time. If incorrect price information has been shown on the website, the customer is offered to buy the product at the correct price or the order is cancelled. In case of incorrect stock balances, we can cancel the order.

All content on the website is owned by Marengo and may therefore not be used or copied without permission from us. This includes images, product names, graphics and other content.

Payment and prices

You can pay with the payment methods stated in the checkout. We accept payment by credit or debit card.

When paying with Klarna's payment methods, additional terms apply between you and Klarna, which are presented in the checkout. Note that interest or other charges may apply according to those terms.

Our prices are current prices and may change at any time. We are not bound by price statements that are clearly incorrect. The prices include local VAT and are paid in the currency specified on the website. For non-EU customers, additional VAT, customs duties and other charges may be levied by the local customs authority upon your importation.

Promo codes must be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Prices under promotions only apply when they are active on the website. The price cannot therefore be adjusted for campaigns active before or after the purchase.

Shipping and delivery

We offer free shipping on orders over SEK 499. Shipping cost on orders up to the free-shipping limit is indicated in the checkout and is usually SEK 49.

We offer shipping to delivery points with DHL service points within Sweden. You can track your shipment with the tracking number sent to your provided email address.

The estimated delivery time for orders to Sweden is 1-3 working days. The time is calculated from the day after the order has been confirmed. Notification takes place via SMS or email when the package has reached the agent. Via the notification, you will receive a tracking number that must be stated when the package is picked up. Don't forget to bring identification.

You as the customer are responsible for the shipping cost in the event of a return. Read more about returns below.

Uncollected packages

If your package is not picked up at the delivery point, two reminders will be sent. After 14 days, the package will be returned. For packages not collected at the delivery point, the customer is charged a fee of SEK 200.

Right of cancellation and returns

With us, open purchase always applies for 30 days, which means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within this time. To use the right of withdrawal, the package must be sent back to Marengo within 30 days. The time is counted from the date the order arrived to you or your agent. The item must be returned in its original packaging in an unused and undamaged condition, with labels and tags still attached.

To carry out a return, fill in the return form included in the package and use the included return shipping label. Drop off the package at a DHL service point. Contact our customer service if you have any questions. 

You are responsible for the return shipping of SEK 49 yourself.

All refunds are made using the same method as the original payment. The refund takes place when we have received and approved your return.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, but instead refer to making a return and placing a new order. If your order is less than SEK 499, you can contact our customer service at info@marengosweden.com to get free shipping on the new order.

Complaints

If your product is defective, we ask you to report it as soon as the defect is discovered. More information regarding complaints is available at www.konsumentverket.se.
